Adventure tourism in Africa is booming, according to industry experts. Africa has many places where the tourists want visit and enjoy like: Victoria Falls, Namibia or Kenya. In addition they want to feel the adventure tourism that these places offer. For this reason, the continent has experienced an increase of the tourists and the benefits, above all in the places that offer adventure tourism. 

According to Ross Kennedy, the spokesman of GoToVicFalls.com, He says that 5% more rooms were sold so far this year and hotels such as Victoria Falls Safari Lodge, Victoria Falls Hotel and The Elephant Camp are experiencing 70-80% occupancies, besides the customers could enjoyed of the guided canoe safaris and bungee jumping from Victoria Falls bridge.

Namibia for instance offers a great variety of adventure tourism like: biking, skydiving, dune boarding, sand skiing, paragliding, surfing, windsurfing etc… Jean Haupt, spokesperson for the Namibia Tourism Board, says that Namibia’s adventure tourism playground is Swakopmund.
